This is the third power cord I have bought for my Toshiba computer in 2 years. So far it is working fine. The cord is shorter than the other ones, so I had to use an extension cord with it, but other than that no problems. There was no paperwork included with this purchase, so if I had needed to return it there would have been some issues. - Overall good product, great company.
While this new power cord works great & I was sooo happy to see it in the mail (totally lost without my laptop lol), the only bad thing I can say is that the cord is much shorter than my original one. Still works great though, just can't go far with it when it's plugged in =) However, I would suggest this company to anyone. They have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I accidentally ordered the worng adapter & they sent me a replacement before I even shipped the wrong one back...very fast shipping too! - Power Adapter World Top Notch= customer service!
I encountered a problem with this product just over the 30 day window in which the seller gives a 30 day money back guarantee. However, without question, they immediately sent me out a replacement product at no charge to me whatsoever- priority mail. Excellent seller, with excellent customer service and problem resolution. I have had this new power cord for approximately 2 months and it does indeed seem OEM. The cost was less than through the manufacturer and better than retail store replacements so far. - perfect
