I read the reviews and ordered this package knowing about the alleged problems with the slipcase holder. After using it several weeks I have to say I've had no problems with the headset trying to work it's way out or falling out of it. It's always sitting there in the case when I go to pull it out. Instructions really aren't needed - the case is in the shape of the headset when folded - and if placed in it so that the shapes match up it hold the headset quite well. I have to assume the problem others have with the headset falling out are either improper insertion or a bad batch of cases slipped out into the market.
The chargers work fine and overall I very happy with this package.

This was a cheap kit. So I'll just say, You get what you pay for. - Its nice but...
I liked the travel pack for the bluetooth but the bluetooth itself did not have clear reception and people had a difficult time hearing me. I could hear them well. In essence, I wasted my money because I had to purchase a different kind of bluetooth. - Don't Lose that Bluetooth
Plantronics has a solid name in the industry and I have several other products they manufacture. I am constantly misplacing my Bluetooth headset which I only use in the car for safety and required by law. Buying this kit allows me to keep my Bluetooth Headset in the car at all times and charged, ready for use. - Plantronics charger from Amazon
