This charger works, and is much better than the generic (universal) one I got from Verizon. - Must have for your Pre
The battery doesn't last very long if you are an active user of it. Gotta have a charging station wherever you are. Get this. - Sleek, but useless with such a short cord
I bought this charger to keep my Pre's pathetic battery topped up during the day. It's attractive and works fine, but the cable is incredibly short. Maybe 16 inches long, tops. When it was plugged in to the car, I couldn't make or take a call w/o bending over below the level of the dashboard (mind you, I didn't try this while driving). What good is a car charger if you can't hold the phone close to your head. Returned and ordered one of the retractable Pre chargers (only $5!) that works great!
