I had the same experience as the other 1-star reviews. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT IS DESCRIBED OR PICTURED!!! I ordered two of these, and only received the USB cables, not the wall chargers. I contacted Amazon customer support who said they couldn't just send the remaining pieces of my order because it was sold by Accessory One, but they would let me return what I got or receive a small credit. Only, the links in the e-mail didn't work, so I had to contact Amazon customer support again, and finally just settled for a partial credit. Lesson learned. Some deals really are too good to be true. - Stock Issue
I agree with the other 1-star Review. The product is probably fine. Just don't order it from AccesoryOne because their stock is not correct. You only get the charging cable - not the wall adapter. And you can't get them to send the wall adapter separate so you have to return it and buy it somewhere else. So beware who you order it from! - Authentic Palm product for a great price
Recently my USB cord went bad. i decided that I would rather have cords at both work and home rather than porting my charger everywhere. Now I just grab my touchstone. These chargers are Palm chargers so they work with the touchstone. At some point I'll just get another touchstone.
