  • Worked for about a month.
    This charger worked for about a month before it just went dead. It was a replacement for the OEM charger that lasted almost five years. I just plug my cell phone into my laptop for recharging now, using a USB cord. It's more reliable than the charger, and costs me nothing which, coincidentally, is what this charger is also worth.
  • DOA twice
    Item was DOA, I contacted Supplier and they sent me another unit, it too was DOA, a refund was promptly issued.
  • Item doesn't work
    Product is damaged. I purchased two, and both had an open at the plug end and will not produce current. I would not purchase again.

    The product didnt work with my cell phone as I hoped -- it wouldn't stay in the phone and maintain contact -- seemed too small. However, the company was gracious and made every effort to make it better. When I requested a refund instead of a replacement, they quickly refunded the cost and shipping fees. I was pleased with the company's service.
