- Wish I could Skip Track

I bought these without doing proper research. It pairs and works with the iPhone and iPad but not all features work. I can adjust the volume and play and pause, but cannot skip tracks. Reading some forums you can buy the Sony BT dongle and the buttons all work, have not tried this. But the quality and sound is great I love to launch a playlist and walk away! - Dont buy this product

The connectivity is very poor. get disconnected even when phone is not out of range. - From Great, to Good, to Okay, to WORST?

I thought I made a good choice buying the S9, but I was wrong. I have an iphone, so buying a bluetooth headset was only a matter of time. I only used the S9 about 20 times, but the second time I used it, I notice the red rubber from the inner side was falling out of place. I ignored the problem with the red rubber because it had nothing to do with the functionality of the bluetooth and stuffed it back in every time. Probably the forth time when I used the S9, I notice the "M" for Motorola fell off(probably because of cheap glue), not to mention the red rubber keeping falling out every time. Then, on the tenth time, I noticed a battery problem when I no longer can charge over night and the battery drain itself as soon a I unplug from charging. From then on, I have to use the S9 right after charging, instead of charging it a day ahead. On the twentieth day, when I was wearing the bluetooth, all of a sudden the whole ear piece pop and fall out. There was no way to put the earpiece back on, because the wire had been disconnected (it seemed they used glue gun). I'm a tech dude, so I know how to keep my gadget new all the time, but never experienced anything of this poor quality.
I hope the product I bought from Ebay is a China replica and not the real stuff, but it look identical to me. Other than its durability and battery life issue, the S9 works perfectly well! - Can't decide between wired and bluetooth

When I first got these it was great. I used them around the house and had only minor signal loss. Once I started using them for jogging the signal would cut out for long periods of time. I tried reconnecting and charging the set. No luck. So purchase with caution. - Broke after 2 uses

I should have taken the advice of other buyers. I used it twice running 4.5 miles each. I charged fully after each use. On the third run it quit. Now it won't hold a charge despite multiple attempts at different outlets.
Connection was poor. The phone must be 1-2 feet away or the sound skips every few seconds. Stay away from this product.
