Very disappointed with the DM20000. The container is small so if you you need more liquid/ice you are very limited and will get overflow. A good blender is a fraction of the cost and will whip up concoctions better. The margaritas do not come out frozen like in restaurants -- more just icy. Extremely pricey for an inferior product. - It's 5:00 somewhere
This is one of the most fun items I have ever purchased. A party machine, ole'! It is amazingly fun!
The only slightly disappointing thing was that the exterior housing of the appliance that appears to be stainless is really only plastic.
- Ice doesn't get shaved that well
This is a expencive product so I assumed the Ice Shaver would perform great. it does not, maybe I haven't figured out how to operate it properly, but so far I'm not impressed, it sounds like a JET engine taking off in my house (very loud) but if it did the job I wouldn't mind... I will use some more and update later.. ordered some sno-cone syrup and will see how this works.

Meets expectations: Ice shoot doesn't align to jar! Splash Splash! Like other reviewers, the Margaritaville DM0500 Bahamas 36-Ounce Frozen-Concoction Maker will do the same for less. Manufacturer states the gap in the jar is intentional, but doesn't occur or other models. If you make the max mix, it will Splash & spill. Other than that, it meets expectations.

I was very impressed with the timely shipping and the ease of use for this product. It's initial use was with a neighbors get together which went over fantastic. I do wish there were more drink recepies in the manual but I found more on the web. This was very easy to clean and definately was a hit with friends. I would suggest to buy the carrying case as I found out other people want me to bring this blender over so they can have frozen concoctions as well....this investment was worth every penny!!! Also if you want this blender to do more than its intended use then your buying it for the wrong reasons. I still have my regular blender for everything else and I am very happy with what I use this for!!
