The items were in perfect condition. I bought three and gave 2 as gifts. they were also very happy with the items. You can hear so clearly and without the background noice. My husband is a truck driver and this was perfect for him. The delivery was much faster than I expected. This is one of those electronic tools that you cannot go wrong using. Just plug it into the wall and at night you snap the end of the wire into your PLT150 and let it charge. Also, this device is compact for travel...I am totally pleased. Bought through Amazon.
